Returns:

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery for items with proven defects related to the art piece that you have purchased from our shop. Please contact us within this timeframe to initiate the return process.
Returned items must be in their original packaging, with all documentation and certificates of authenticity intact.

Refunds:

Upon confirmation of a valid defect, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the artwork.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges:

In the case of a damaged item during transit, we will do our utmost to replace it with a brand new one. While this process may take some additional time, we promise to keep you informed every step of the way.
